The beam quality is good, the focused spot is smaller, ultra-fine marking can be realized, the heat-affected area is extremely small, and no heat effect is generated; it is mainly used for marking heat-sensitive materials such as silica gel, plastic, paper, glass, and polymer materials; Removal of metal plating; scribing of various materials and blind groove processing; production of new ultra-thin metal foil micro-holes, etc.

Green light: 532nm wavelength, semi-cold light source, small heat affected area, suitable for most metal and non-metal materials. It makes up for the problem that many materials are not fine enough and the effect is not good enough for fiber laser marking;

mopa: The wavelength is 1064nm. It is a special fiber laser marking machine, mainly used for marking metals and some non-metallic materials with harder and higher ignition points. But it has a function that other types of laser marking machines cannot do, that is aluminum alloy and anodized aluminum black. It can perform a shallow blackening effect on aluminum materials to achieve visual effects and permanent effects. It is fine and beautiful. The surface of the marking is smooth and has no bumps, no less than silk screen printing.

Is it possible that a material can only be marked with one laser source? ——Of course not. Some materials are suitable for a variety of laser sources, but the degree of laser absorption of different wavelengths is different, and the marking effect is also different. For example: ABS plastic materials can be marked with four laser sources: carbon dioxide, ultraviolet, green light, and optical fiber. The effect:

Carbon dioxide laser marking machine-relatively rough, with a certain depth, easy to scorch and yellow;

UV laser marking machine-marking ultra-fine, uniform, almost no depth;

Green laser marking machine-finer than optical fiber and carbon dioxide, but not as fine as ultraviolet;

Fiber laser marking machine-the marking effect is rough and has a certain depth.
